Upskilling
By conducting training programs we equip young people with the required skills to take an active role in wildlife conservation. Once we train them we create opportunities for them to practise what they’ve learnt. This has led to more than 25 youths transitioniting to professional careers in the last 3 years. (Upskilling)
Upscaling
Once we train the youth we encourage them to undertake green projects. Through guidance we help them set up the right structures and execute projects that can make a difference for our environment and wildlife. This is where we polish their capacity and ability to execute or support successful projects in conservation.
Our training programs are conducted in Nairobi National Park, Amboseli, and Tsavo East to increase their fieldwork experience and expertise. By engaging and empowering young people, we can nurture their passion for wildlife conservation and inspire them to become advocates for environmental sustainability. Through our educational programs and initiatives, we provide them with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to actively participate in conservation efforts.
COLLABORATION
Help us train our youth force into active environment and wildlife conservationists. We aim to reach, train and transition more than 500 youths into a career in conservation before end of year 2023. This will mean more changemakers and a great advantage for our wildlife and environment.
